Workshop je zložený z aktivít zameraných na podporu reziliencie detí, adolescentov a dospelých prostredníctvom terapeutických kariet. Účastníci absolvujú sebaskúsenosť s terapeutickými kartami- ukážky práce pri vytváraní vzťahu, kontraktovaní, sebapoznávaní a vyjadrovaní prianí a potrieb dieťaťa, adolescenta a dospelého, pri budovaní sebapodpory a odolnosti. Pri práci použijeme terapeutické karty More emócií, Truhlica minulosti, Resilio a Reziliencia (Podpora psychickej odolnosti detí a dospelých), Metafora ženskej identity a Emočné a situačné karty pre mužov. Práca s klientom je založená na konceptoch gestalt terapie, naratívnej terapie, KBT a pozitívnej psychológie.
Všetky druhy kariet je možné využiť v individuálnej a skupinovej terapii detí a dospelých, v poradenstve, v osobnostnom rozvoji klientov, kariérnom poradenstve. Účastníci dostanú základnú teóriu formou slidov, ostatné aktivity sú zážitkové.
Kurz je určený psychológom a psychoterapeutom, liečebným, špeciálnym a sociálnym pedagógom, pracovníkom krízových centier, ale aj výchovným poradcom a koordinátorom primárnej prevencie.
Termín: 17.4.2023, začiatok o 9.00 a predpokladaný koniec o 13.00

O lektorke:
Mgr. et Mgr. Mária Anyalaiová, PhD.
Má psychologickú, pedagogickú a psychoterapeutickú kvalifikáciu. Psychologické vzdelanie vrátane doktorandského štúdia absolvovala na Filozofickej fakulte Univerzity Komenského a Fakulte psychológie Paneurópskej vysokej školy v Bratislave, pedagogické vzdelanie na Pedagogickej fakulte Univerzity Komenského a psychoterapeutické vzdelanie v Českém institutu pro výcvik v Gestalt psychoterapii v Brne. Pracovala ako školská psychologička na dvoch základných školách, v súčasnosti pracuje v centre pedagogicko- psychologického poradenstva a prevencie. Spolupracovala s Filozofickou fakultou UK Bratislava ako lektorka pre frekventantov špecializačného kurzu zo školskej psychológie a pri preklade amerického projektu Second Step (v slovenskej verzii Srdce na dlani) na prevenciu násilia v školách.
